  • Spencer Bradbury, Managing Partner - New York, NY

    Mr. Bradbury founded and manages Hamilton Agriculture and CROPgen and is a fourth generation agriculture professional on his family’s ~4,000 acres of farmland. He has worked for seventeen years in private equity. Prior to his current position Mr. Bradbury consulted and collaborated with the executives and private equity owners of Alico, Inc. the largest citrus production business in the United States (with over 100,000 acres) to address production concerns, as well as to affect an operational restructuring. Prior to that, Mr. Bradbury worked as a private equity investment professional at Tritium Partners, Neuberger Berman, and Lehman Brothers, in both the United States and Europe. In this capacity he was directly involved in the investment of billions of dollars into private investments and also managed a private equity focused listed trust in London (LSE: NBPE). He also currently manages BNR Production Partners, an oil and gas asset management business. Mr. Bradbury holds a dual BA (Economics and Political Science) from Southern Methodist University and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin (concentration in Private Equity Finance).

  • Jason Brewer A.F.M., Partner & Head of Farm Management - Cave City, AR

    Prior to co-founding of Hamilton Agriculture Farm Management, Mr. Brewer worked with Ritter Agribusiness as the General Manager of Farms.  This included 32,000 acre of Arkansas row crop land and a 400 acre berry and cut flower direct operation. Prior to that he served as Location Manager of Ritter Crop Services’ Marked Tree and Lake City, Arkansas locations (Crop Production Services acquired RCS in 2012 and he remained with CPS until 2014).  Mr. Brewer’s prior experience includes branch management and management of product support (precision agriculture division) for a large farm equipment dealership. He also founded and operated his own custom application business and farmed with one of his larger customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University and is an Accredited Farm Manager with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

  • Todd Gibson J.D., LL.M., Partner & Head of Specialty Crop Conversion - Jonesboro, AR

    Mr. Gibson is a native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and is the third generation owner of a family rice farming operation located just outside the town's corporate limits. Mr. Gibson obtained his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen UALR School of Law and, later, his Master of Laws (LL.M) in the field of agriculture from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. After a short term of general practice in Central Arkansas, he returned to Jonesboro to take over the family farming operation and also established the Gibson Law Firm, where his practice was focused primarily in the areas of agricultural, transactional, and estate planning law. In 2017 Mr. Gibson joined Ritter Agribusiness Holdings as the company’s Manager of Business Development. During his tenure with Ritter, he grew the company’s farm management division and facilitated the acquisition and managed operations of one of the largest commercial blackberry farms in the eastern half of the United States. In 2021, Mr. Gibson joined Black Gold Farms as the company’s General Manager at the Arbyrd, Missouri operation, producing chip potatoes for processors including Frito Lay and Shearers Foods, as well as sweet potatoes for both fresh and processed markets. Mr. Gibson is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Agricultural Law Association.
